Fifty callers.No warning.
Your students open a link and answer live 9-1-1 calls played by an AI caller. Police, fire, EMS and multi-agency scenarios, each one unlabeled until the caller starts talking, exactly the way it happens on the floor.

Fifty cases,
four disciplines
This is the trainer's view. Filter by discipline, or switch to student view to see the board exactly as your class sees it.

How a student gets started
Link, click, answer
No usernames. No passwords. No software to get past an IT department.
You tell us how many seats
Send a headcount. We create one access token per student, each loaded with 50 practice calls.
Each student gets a link
A unique link goes out by email. It is that student's identity, so it is never shared.
They allow the microphone
One click in Chrome. The case list loads, they press Start Call, and the caller begins speaking.
You watch the counter
Calls used and calls remaining update live per student. Ask for a CSV report any time.

What students need
A desktop or laptop
Phones and tablets can interrupt calls with microphone permission quirks. Use a real computer for graded practice.
Google Chrome
Chrome is the supported browser. Safari and Firefox are not officially supported yet.
A microphone and headset
Any working microphone will do. A headset keeps the caller's voice out of the classroom.
Questions
Answered
Do teachers need an account?
No. Teachers never log in. Tell us your headcount, we create the tokens, and each student gets their own link. Ask for a usage report whenever you want one.
Can students see what kind of call is coming?
No, and that is deliberate. Students see numbered cases only. A Telecommunicator does not know what is on the line until they answer, so neither do they.
What happens when a student runs out of calls?
The token shows as completed and no new calls can start. Contact us and we will add credits.
Is this a replacement for simulation training?
No. AI Callers is the practice layer between classroom knowledge and full simulation. Students build call-handling reps here, then perform under real-world conditions in the 9-1-1 Reality Plus Simulator.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes. Audio and transcript are saved for teacher and program review and for improving the scenarios. Recordings stay inside the program.
Can we add our own scenarios?
The library ships with fifty. Additional scenarios can be built for a program on request.
